but somehow it spins out after i apply full throttle.. its been like that since i got it so i thought if i changed my bearings it would get rid of it but apparently not..
would putting a balldiff in the front resolve this issue?
When you let off, a one way will give more initial steering. A Ball diff up front would help. However, I think even more is a tire issue. Whats your current treads?

I am running xray tires...
anyways i dont think its the tyres.. because i put electical tape on it and it still does the same thing!
I will be honest, the stock Xray tires aren't the highest grade for traction. What surface is this on? Are you using any traction compounds? Electrical tape will give you less traction, hence why people use them for drifting.
Does the Quark Universal have a drag brake setting?

Right, tires are pretty much THE most important part of a car's setup, so it's very important to have the right ones for the surface you're running on. Also, about one-ways, if there is any kinid of imbalance in the car, or if you just don't have much overall grip, then a one-way is really not a good idea, as it will only exaggerate the problem, & on less than high-grip surfaces, not having any braking action in the front will SERIOUSLY unbalance a car the moment you try to turn when off throttle. So if you can't get alot of grip regardless of the tires you use, then I'd DEFINITELY take out the one-way & use a front diff(but play around with different tires first, if you're looking at rubber tires only, try something like an HPI medium front & medium-soft or soft in the rear).....
get rid of the oneway. not only is it causing your handling isuue, but it will tear up your axles like a horde of fat people in a twinkie factory.

Examine the left to right balance:
Balance the car on your finger or on a pen top. That is your balance center. Ideally, it should be in the middle of the car, not offset to the left, not offset to the right.
In addition to balance, it sounds like you need to readjust your brake settings.
if you're not sure how to set drag brake on your radio or speedo you could try adjusting your throttle trim until the car just barely stays put without crawling froward when you let off the trigger.

I race electrics, why am I always pitting for nitro's?
I would double check the gear boxes for friction points.....I use a rc18 ball diff in mine and there is some tweaking needed to free everything up...but I suspect even a xray diff with tight gear mesh would cause a drag...one ways are notorious for spin outs if there is brake action
