This is the BIG NEWS!!! A first of its kind!!!
At the 2008 1/18 Indoor Off Road Nationals the hand out motor in the stock class will be a Castle Creations! it will be a hand out brushless motor for the stock class! Now, if you want to race in the stock class and do not have a brushless speed controler of your own you will be able to buy a Castle Creations Sidewinder brushless speed controler for a discounted rate of $40.00! So, how does this all sound to ya! We are also working out a loaner program for those who can't afford to buy one but still want to race in the stock class!
So how many of you will we see in February!!!!!

Novice

We will only have 100 motors so when the entry form is made public enter ASAP!!

East Coast Championships 2008 is going to be held at Kranzel's R/C Raceways and Hobbies on November 8th and 9th.

The track has changed since the photos posted there but you get the idea.

Off-road/Stadium will be held on Saturday
On-Road will be held on Sunday

I realize this may be short notice for many racers but it is also short notice for the track owner as well. We will do our best to make this event as fun, exciting and competitive as ever. I am contacting manufacturers now to see who is in on the fun!

Since we have "just" adopted this race we are still hashing out the details. We plan to have the entry form out very soon. But the date is set!

Smackdown is back in town with the second edition. Last year, we had a total of over 70 entry even if it was one of the biggest snowstorm of the year (almost 2 feet of snow!!!!! yeah 2 feets!!!!!)

Just an Update

new to micro, im a1/8 guy but got a used micro t for my kid and its not working. im sure its the batt.what should i charge the batt on? i have a 1/3aaa 150mah,4.8v ni-mh batt in it. i charged it and the bat was warm and i didnt get anything when i turned it on.
