This is going to be BIG!
qualifying is based off of a points system. You race for position in each round. So if you finish first in a round, you get 0 points, 2nd gets 1 point, etc.

After qualifying is over, the racer with the lowest points is TQ. If there is a tie for points, the tie breaker is the amount of laps and time. Your best 2 runs will count.

The mains are also based on points. A win is worth 100, 2nd is worth 99, etc.

If you win the first 2 mains, you should sit out so the other guys can race for position. Again, the tie breaker is lap count and overall time.

I tried to keep that as simple as possible. Hope that helps. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

The three rounds of qualifying Saturday is complete and the competition is great.....Lots of guys and gals are out for the final round of the MRL....Lots of fun and racers helping out racers all over the pit area......Thats the MRL spirit all the time......
Sunday is here and one more round of qualifying before the triple A Mains....
If you missed out coming to a race this season plan the events for next season when Robbie gets the dates up....I drive six hours one way most times just to get to the races and it is well worth it because of the friends and great divers you get to hang out with......Best in the Country I say......See Ya at the track.....

That's exactly why I wanted to attend this year....because of the people, and of course the fun and competition, only I would be driving 12 hours. That's what....IMO gives you the enthusiasm for wanting to support a great series that individuals put a lot of effort into. Good luck to everyone in the mains.

GREAT WEEKEND! I would like to thank everyone who attended for making this a great event! I would also like to thank Tory of Skyrocket cells for the insane cells, event sponsors, and my father for bringing me up and putting up with me.

Brandon, it was a pleasure watching you race and doing what you do well, win. A big thanks goes out to all the sponsors especially Skyrockets. It was nice working together as a team to get our cars runnung for each race. Tory, when you get your Lipo ready for 10th scale let us know. Our Shash's are hungry for power. Thanks for the shirts and prozes.
Even though I got a $90 tickey on Friday the 13th for a so called "bad U turn" in Rockville I did not let that ruin the weekend. I think the MRL drivers are the best. Thanks to all who came from out of state and I hope everyone got home safe. Can't wait for next year.
