FYI to ALL racers planning on attending the MRL opening race at Mimi's in 2 weeks. 'The Track' is a "Jack the Gripper" exclusive track. Jack the Gripper by Corally is the only traction compound allowed to be used there.

For those that have an interest in racing Scalpels in the MRL, please bring them with you for our events. We'd like to run the class, but please understand it will be an exhibition class, in a way, until we are sure that class will be supported solidly by the racers. I'm hoping that it will only take the first 2 or 3 events to see that the Scalpel class will have a large enough following to race regularly in the MRL series.

Alright, Finally able to switch gears and start focusing on Micro racing.
The Stock (Robitronics 300) motors are in, I have 33 of them available. They will be the only motor permitted in stock at any MRL race, and will be marked. I will have them with me (for the locals) on Wed. and Thurs. at the hobby shop, and of course, they will be with me on Saturday for those that need them as well. I'd suggest picking them up as early as possible because I mark them when you buy them, and the material I use to mark these motors takes a while to dry.
Also, Mimi's is a Jack the Gripper ONLY track. No other compound will be allowed.
