Sweet remember the motors that are not new are in various states of wear from last year, i used that set of motors you have +1 i took apart and the one that is in my car now (minus the new on of course) for 84 races last season over 7 months.

Hey Robbie, sorry that I haven't been much help with the MRL thing but

I just checked in finally and noticed you need stock motors. I can get as many as you need, my Distributor has 600 in stock right now. Let me know I will get them for you. If there is anything you guys can not find, please let me know I will help out as much as I can. I will also do my best to make one or two of these races this year.

Yes, we are going with the Robotronics 300. I tested 370 and it is way too fast to be considered stock for GB. I have to keep speeds in mind for all tracks and I'd rather our stock class be a little on the slow side and manageable for all racers than be as fast as that and potentially result in broken parts and fewer racers.

This will be for our weekly club racing as well.

Although, before everyone goes out and buys these motors, I have ordered 40 that I will carry with me to each track for racers as they need them. I'm debating whether or not I should mark each motor as an MRL legal motor before supplying them to anyone, this way we're sure everyone is running the same thing.

I'm not sure on a price yet, I will have that info once I receive my invoice.

RD, I would say engrave or write on the bare can so that we don't have 370's disguised as label less robo 300's

I like the idea of a controlled spec motor, but w/ these mass produced machine wound motors bad ones are common, i've seen these types of motors quit after only 2 runs or be slower than molasses uphill in winter.

Mark the motors w/ a unique stamp or engraving over label and near endbell tab, allow people 2 per "x" number of races/ per car (my son still mooches off me so i will need 4 you get the drift) to allow for bad ones.
