i just bought the new mamba comp x pack and i put it in and got the electronics to work and when i hit the gas it would just fly like it was going to work when i put it on the ground it is all glitchy and goes like three miles an hour and i was just wondering is it the diff it has a stock diff or if the pinion is slipping , it is the stock pinion and some thing weird about the mamba motor is it does not have a flat spot on it to run the set screw in so i just put the set screw anywhere please help i am wanting to go carpet racing this weekend!!!!!

which pinion are you using? stock pinion bore is larger than a mamba.....

next the comp x is a high speed/low torque motor....
you need to make some some software changes....
youneed to add a rubber washer into your slipper to get more grip....
or lock the slipper (i dont suggest this)...

The pinions for the 18T, Mini-T and Mini-LST will fit the Mamba motor.
