Default We need aftermarket tires for the RC18R..

Does anyone know if Proline or any other company plans on selling tires for the 18R?

Pro-line does make a very nice aspholt tire for 1/18 on road on.

those are for the trucks, the sidewall is too big for 18r application.

I myself run the mini-t with the Road Rage tire, and they are awsome.
But you're right, they are too big for 18r. May be you can check out HPI's micre tires and see if they will fit 18r's rim.

I like the stock tires. They work pretty darn good on asphalt when the car is set up right.

Here in this forum http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthread.php?t=182176are some pics of 18r with road rage tires and steering mod , below is pic with body on.
Function over fashion for me.....they work awesome
They work with Kamino , Lancer , Citroen body with a little cutting.
I pretty much ruined my niteline body trying to make it work.
Also http://www.thetoyz.com are in the process of developing some good aftermarket wheels and tires for the 18r


I know not pretty , but it works good with a brushless.
