Is the rough side higher grip? it seems like there will be a groove worn into it, is it more consistent once the it's "worn in"?

And I regret that I spelled regretful regratefull.

George:
We missed you at the track. When are you coming back?

Mike L:
The rough side does have better grip, it is also a lot more consistent.
The smooth side could make you wonder what happen to your car?, within the same hour.

Mike,

Roland made us change the track cause he needs grooves to keep his line!

Just kidding Roland, I know you got skills.

*******

The track has so much more traction that I do not have to let go of the gas on the oval NASCAR. We may have to either bump up the pinion or motor to make it a little more difficult.

Leo

See you all at the track Thursday night! (Officially tonight!)

On the down side.....
Sai is out of town, Bennett and Willy are going to Portugal for the PN World Cup, and I have to go my son' PTA meeting tonight. ( I so want to go minizing.)

On the upside....
You guys have the extra tracktime for the new surface, better be ready when Saturday comes and I come.

Default Lap times

Mike,

We miss you too man. The lap times are not much faster. Im not sure if its just because this was the first week on the rough side of the track or if it just does not make much of a difference. I will say that the cars seem more consistent as far as handling is concerned.

This side of the track seems to wear tires down much quicker is another thing I noticed. But per the request of a few drivers we decided to try this side for them.

See you soon!

Have a great day!

Roland,

Well you missed an exciting night of racing! Since you where not there to beat a certain someone I had to do it for you.

But im not saying who that someone is.

Because if I do I know he will tune the car out so that he puts me to shame for the next few weeks.

It was actually a very fun night of driving. It was a very clean and fast main.

See you soon!

P.S. If that certain someone is reading this, nice driving! I had to drive my butt off to do it.

It's fun because the car handle better now with the new found traction.
It's fun because you beat some one you always wanted to beat.
It's all fun ..........Until next time.............
Until I come.

P.S.: You can tell me the name of this someone, I promise I'll keep it a secret.
