Depends what you run on.

For offroad I run blue springs all round with 15wt in the front and 10wt in the rear, I tried the silver springs but they didnt work so well.

For onroad or carpet I run 30wt all round with blue springs in the rear and gold in the front.

Try my 2nd setup with the gold springs and heavier oil and work from there.

Dont put your ride height too low, most parking lots are uneven and you will bottom out, mine is 5mm front a 4mm in the rear. I run on a parking lot now that is uneven and sometimes has some stones lying around.

What about a good tire to run. What do you recommend.

At the moment I run the Associated 1/18 foams, hoping to upgrade to the Parma 1/18 foams soon.
