I need some help on a servo saver. I run a Hitec HS 82 MG in my M18T pro and the stock servo saver doesn't like to center. Any ideas? This servo is almost new, as i rarelty play with truck. It just did not like to center which I don't like. I tried the search function as well and it would not work for me, it always said no results. Thanks for any help.

Are you using both of the servo saver springs or just one? If you use both you should not have a problem and maybe it is a servo issue.

Yea, I race a Vendetta St on carpet and I have seen a few of these truck do really well. What are some things I should replace or mod right off the bat to help with carpet racing with jumps?

Is this the regular or Pro (graphite). Either way, the foam tires for the M18T would offer the best performance traction wise. Especially with the numerous compounds you have choice of.

If this is not the Pro, also invest in the adjustable rear toe in linkages to reduce your rear toe-in as its not needed soo much for carpet.

Oh, also if not the pro, get the nt18T spring set as they are harder, and better suited for carpet racing.

Default questions for the m18t experts

hey guys i'm new here.. i've had a m18t with mamba 6800kv for a while now but haven't really played with it yet.. contemplating on selling it but if i don't end up selling it at the price i want, i'm going to keep it... so, if i do end up keeping it... i've heard that i'll need to replace the pinion/spur gears due to the power of the brushless motor... and i'm also looking into lipos.. where can i get a good deal on a lipo charger and some 2s packs? any other tips? thanks in advance!

This is the Rhino lipo that I use in my M18T, it fits perfectly after you have trimmed the "ears" on the inside of the battery tray.

As far as the charger, this one works fantastic!! No seperate balancer required because it charges each cell independently through the balance tap. But if you want to use it in this charger on 120VA in your house you will have to aquire a proper power supply. What I did for a power supply is went and found a power supply for a LCD monitor on ebay that had a 12VDC output for about $10 shipped, wired it up to the charger input and done.

If you want something cheaper and don't mind it taking about 2 hours to charge your pack this charger would work too. It can plug directly into 120 VAC
