Default Brushed Motor for RC18 or Vendetta

What size of motor do the Vendetta and RC18B/T take?
Is it the same for both vehicles?
What is the best brushed motor for these cars? I will be racing carpet stadium.

I will be running a Novak Micro ESC and no idea what batteries.

Thanks,

Kyle

I like to run this one...

As you can see its easily serviceable and seems to have some good low end power...

I can get you a link if you want a good deal.

I ran the same one until i stripped the motor mount screw holes........

The rc 18 uses a smaller motors (180,280,300,370) sized can.(2mm shaft)

The Vendetta uses larger motors (380,400) sized can.(2.3mm shaft)

You can run the smaller motors in a Vendetta but you will have heat and power issues (Vendetta is larger and heavier)

You can run the bigger motors in a rc18 but you will have fitment issues
(pinions and chassis space)
