Default rc18b on a super thight track

i have been driving my rc18b on a really small off road track in my back yard and a tighter turning radious would be nice
i am new to off road rc so i was thinking adjusting the differentials might be a good idea? tracktion is a little sketchy because the track is realy choppy so it seems like that might not be good, maybe if it was only the front?
any other ideas would be great

How big is the turning circle you are getting now? Is it the same size for both left and right? Try it at a slow barely moving circle and report back.

the tightest circle it can make is about 51 inches at the outside wheels and it is the same in both direction
it is completly stock and pretty new so i don't think anything is wrong with it

If the thing is barely moving and the tightest circle you can do is fifty one inches you definitely have a problem. Our buggy can do a ten inch circle...kind of like a dog chasing it's tail.

well its 17 inches if you measure from the inside wheels but its not close to a 10 inch circle, are the buggies that do 10 inch circles stock?
