No,, they are .5 module. That's the same as rc18, mini-t, and mrs4.

The Recoil wheels are narrower then the 18R wheels.

I'm assuming you mean would the Recoil wheels work on an 18T/R, and the answer is no...the wheel mounting system is not interchangeable.
If you mean would just the foam fit on an 18R wheel, it would, but it's narrower than the 18R wheel.

Are the recoil wheels have the hex type, like the 1/10 scale? If so I have a set of 1/10 adapters for my rc18t. I don't mind them being a little skinnier just as long as I don't have to cut the body to fit
TIA

Nope, they don't have a hex adapter. They mount similar to the Duratrax Vendetta wheels.

Is this correct...
"Out of the box, the Recoil is outfitted with a 58-tooth spur gear and a 12-tooth pinion. The Speed Tuned Gear Set includes a 56-tooth spur gear and both 14- and 16-tooth pinions."
And if you are running the Carisma motor are you using the same pinions or gearing up?

I think when Coop did our mod he either went with an 11 or a 12. I'll ask him this evening when he arrives at Strictly.

Kenji,
Will you guys be racing or practicing the weekend of the 25th. I am running in the shamrock shuffle that morning and would be interested in stopping by after the race, let me know what the track schedule is if you dont mind. Thank you!

Hiya Kris!!. I can do that, but actually it's easier if you check in at our new StrictlyRC forum. Sign up if you can.
here's the URL:

I think we will be up and running real races by then. I'm just not sure of the schedule yet.
There will definitely be practice, I know that.

Finally got my Recoil up and running.
Other then electronics the car is stock....Man pretty nice car for what it is. Definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about buying it. Even in full stock RTR trim I think the car is well worth it.
