did anybody have camber problems after they installed the aluminum a-arms?
the nut is too thick. we fixed this with two washers, one where the nut should be and the other under the spring. this gives you the proper camber and you are are able to adjust with set screw.

Hi everybody!

I just receive my new Speed Passion Emotion set... It comes with a 7800KV BL motor...

I have a problem to fix the motor to the car... It seems that the motor diameter is not sufficient to match the motor support on the scalpel!

I know that a dedicated motor support exists but what are the differences between the original and the BL one???

I hope you could have answers for me, I'm so impatient to make it run!!!

Thanks in advance!

That is the only combo I have not tried. go to their thread in on-road, they can help you with any problem you will have with their motor. Their is a brushless motor mount you can try. it should fix your problem.

Ok I'll post in the other category...

Can you explain me how the BL support is different from the original one?

I belive the bolt pattern is smaller for the brushless motors.

So far, testing has been going very well and I'm really enjoying the car. Thanks again Marvet!!

Troy.
Here it is our new lipo chassis, thanks Troy. it comes with battery hold downs.

I've been using a novak spy with a 2 cell 1000 mah and bone stock scalpel motor and it unbelievably fast, absolutley no reason for brushless in this baby. but i do run in all my other vehicles.
