for those that compete off road, what are some good off road tires? I keep seeing people put 1/10 wheels on, is that for looks, or will those actually hook better in the dirt?

onroad touring car wheels are used for onroad....

wont work offroad, if u want some offroad tyres get some aggressive looking stuff, not bowties, i got some realy aggressive ones that work realy well on everything except wet road and are virtually new and are mounted on alloy rims, full alloy and weigh practically nothing

take a look on here

http://www.rctech.net/forum/australia-sale-trade/160343-brushless-motors-motor-cooler-alloy-rims-mini-inferno-spares-boat-stuff-rxs-post3247630.html

theyre original for a mini inferno buy i also include 6-7 hex's that will work on the rc18t, i had em mounted on my rc18t n theyre realy nice

I ended up taking both of the cobalts out after mine dead before an oval race this past weekend, we just cant' semm to find a ratio that will keep them under 150. When I took it apart the solder had actually melted off the com and spun inside the can. The stock 370 I put back in it ended up taking TQ for a oval race with 6.1 sec laps with temps barely hitting 110.

I heard the shaft in the Wraith is weak point when doing 4 cell lipo. If your doing speed runs, it might break.

If possible could someone povide me with some advice or personal experiences with what I could expect with the following battery configuration. I am looking at getting the Apogee Magnum 3-Cell 1500 mAh Li-Mn Battery Pack or if there is a better option.

I will be running it in a RCFT18T with a Mamba-25 and CM-2080 Competition X Motor (8000Kv).

Thanks in advance
