Got myself a Mini T in a trade from ProudSavageOwner... all the pictures can be found here... http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_m...=60986&sid=154

Hope to find an unbroken part on it this weekend..... not hopeful though.

No, let's NOT leave it there.

1. Outdated? Not a fault mate!
2. Diffs clicking? Spares included to rebuild, do some maintenance! Could well have been all those donuts you said you were doing for minutes at a time.
3. Front one-way stuffed? So replace it with the diff in the spares. Or get it repaired. Nothing to stop you.
4. Engine mount needed a clean to get it to sit right. Simple fix...
5. Crappy ass servo.... it's a standard servo. Like I said it would be. And it worked. Hey, I got NOTHING.
6. Batteries needed a cycle, I told you that. If you hadn't hassled me every two minutes to get it sent express, I might have had a chance to test them. But no, you wanted it the next day.
7. One body that doesn't fit means one body that did. I always said I'd include one that was nice and one that was for bashing. You sent me NO BODIES.
8. Bent and rusted CVDs. That's garbage.
9. Bent turnbuckles... see 8.
10. Batteries.... you said you'd send two batteries, then after I sent my car and then waited a WEEK, you said you had no battery. Then I waited some more...
11. Pinions stripped? That's rubbish mate, and you know it.
12. Bearings stuffed - maintenance. You understand the term? It's a second-hand car. At least all your bearings were INCLUDED.
13. Car was sh1t? So send it back, instead of sending me your crap nearly 3 weeks late!

Oh yeah... if the car was sooooooo bad..... did you tell the guy you traded it on to that it had all these problems??? No? Why not? Because you're a damn liar.

Oh yeah... some missing bits... you neglected to say that the steering was broken... that the left front steering pivot was a piece of scrap wire... that there was a body mount missing... that the chassis mounts and ball joint mounts were busted... that the ball sockets were worn out... that there was an axle outdrive missing... and al lthe stuff you said you'd chuck in was not chucked in.

Mate, you traded me a pile of crap worth about $20 for my car... that's why you're a bad trader.

I'm_Serious.

Did you leave trader feedback yet?
http://www.rctech.net/forum/trader-feedback-18/

I would never trust someone who cant type basic English, uses a waving ass as his icon, and goes on about how he supposedly went faster than the current verified 18th scale record holder who had problems keeping the car from lifting off the ground as it is.

Sorry to hear you got ripped off mate.
ProudSavage has always been a bit of a dodgey bastard.
For instance: He whinged that he had no money for a new Mini-T motor and pleaded on this site for a new one after he ruined the last one. I was feeling generous, had my spare laying about. I even delivered it to him, all for free. About a month or two later, the little bugger put it up on the For Sale forums trying to flog it off for $10.
I enquire saying "WTF?! I thought you needed that!"
I get a PM'd response saying that the one he's selling is actually the screwed one, but let's keep that on the down low.
He then gets the shits when I post up on his For Sale topic that people should be a little wary of him because he's admitted to me that he's selling a broken motor.

I have a few spare bits laying about: Dog bones, Outdrives, Plastic Diff Bits, about 10000 Front hub/Spindle carriers (Afraid I dont have anything for the rear... I keep breaking those ones ), spare battery lock down bit and a few other things, such as Tires I got cheap when CMC decided to get rid of their stock.
If you need something, I dont mind sending it to you. It's never fun being ripped off, and because I dont frequent these forums as much as I used to I dont get to warn everyone he tries to deal with...

Other than that I cant offer you much else. If you need a cheap (read free) turnbuckle I could always help you out with that too.
Give us a yell.

Cheers

i said it needs a turnbuckle set, hinge pin set, screws, maybe some ball studs, front knuckles, and a diff and front carriers.

if you knew that wen u buy the hingepin set ALL THE pins come in the bag,not just lower arms and the set is like 3 usd

the screws a $2

the parts are piss cheap and i told u u will need to spend bout 20-30 bucks in spares to get it all 100%

i may have missed some things

and i did not say that i had been doing burnouts for minutes......the battery would hardly last 2 minutes and the car didnt even have enough power to do burnouts

i wasnt the one drinking booze all night and couldnt remember wat the other guy said 2 nights ago....

next time get ur shit straight

Proud, You're a damned liar.
Don't try to make this out to be anything different, because you're a dodgy little bastard that'll scrounge his way through life being a dirt bag, and will more than likely burn in hell for all of eternity when you're expired. (Or at least that's what I hope...)

Serious, You've got a PM with parts (aka My Care Package).

Cheers

'Mate'... you never mentioned hinge pins.... screws.... ball studs (only sockets), diff, front carriers. Nor did you mention that the chassis didn't actually fit up, that the steering pivots were busted, the front of the chassis was buggered.

You have really got to use this MSN feature called MESSAGE HISTORY. I have a record of EXACTLY what you said. That's how I can quote your BS exactly.

So just because I have a few (read: more than a few) beers, I'm a free target for a ripoff? Strange, despite being legless enough to run for the Russian parliament, I do remember the "You express yours and I'll express mine" statement. You screwed the pooch there little boy.

My kak is straight... stop eating yours.

So, pro4_racer baby.... what exactly do you want to say? The pictures of the car I traded him, which you took from my showroom.... show rust? Guess what? Them's the pics I showed your brother ProudSavageOwnr.... and anyone who looks at them will KNOW that if there is rust, it's surface..... but still, go have a blow! Surface rust is easy to clear up..... but anyway....

What exactly is your point? Those are the pics your buddy saw to make him want the car.... so even if anything is a little tarnished...... the pics showed it.... so anyone would know.

Why exactly, as a pro4_racer, are you so interested? Methinks pro_racer and ProudSavageOwnr are one and the same.... else you'd know the car and be more interested in more important stuff......

Oh well... deal with kiddies, deal with crap... guess I have to work it out.
