The original was my first hobby grade RC at 17 or so years old, after poring over every RC magazine for the previous years and never having enough money. To say I'm beyond excited for this release, would be the understatement of the century.

When I saw pictures week or so back I thought it was small scale. Wasn’t expecting 1/18. Will be adding it.

this is perfect, I get this first, and then tell the wife i now need to build a track in the backyard since I have the perfect size vehicle.
I assume its safe to say this will be easy to convert to brushless?

I received one of these when I was about 13yrs old. I had already been into RC but I poured some serious cash into the original. Ordering one of these too!

Castle Crestions makes a Mamba X Mirco sensored system in the 1/18th size. That will be first order of business.

Ugh.. $70 for the Brushless Motor/ESC, 2n1 Combo:6000Kv

I wish they'd sell one that comes with the brushless combo and aluminum shocks out of the box.

It wouldn’t suprise me fit one minute if they offer brushless version. Castle has a good 1/18th system.

Dromida released brushed version first.

This looks pretty sweet, and I love that it comes w an aluminum chassis (not plastic).

Could work for local groups. We ran the Dromida vehicles for 3-4 summer in a “for fun” racing group.

Holy wow, this actually looks half-way decent. I was expecting a quick cash-grab (still could be) with the same mistakes of the first one. But it has oil filled shocks, ball bearings... Good stuff. Lol I'll get it for my daughter (so the wife doesn't get suspicious).
