    I run pretty close to kit setup on my SC truck on carpet - the only difference is I run the rear hubs all the way back to help the truck rotate more.

    And what gearing are you running? Any boost on your esc or timing adjustments to the motor? And you could actually do the tripples? Yeeha.

    Hey Ty, Yep, I gave mod a rip because my daughter's truck was available and I think stock speeds in SC are kind of slow/boring. Glad I did it as the 10 car B main in stock was a disaster, and I stripped a servo horn and DNF'd. For mod I ran a cheapo HobbyKing Turnigy 10.5 turn that is heavy on the torque -- a $35 motor. I was not competitive but it was not because of a lack of speed. The truck I ran needs a ton of tuning but it was still fun trying to hit the triple consistently. I also have a theory -- if you get used to driving mod you will be able to be a better stock driver. Might make it out Wed night, hope to see you there. jw

    Hey TY I got your message. The new track is fun but will be funner when I am used to it more! I missed the R/S race my wife had to work. I cant wait till the next one should be better on a Sunday as long as I can go after 10:30 CHURCH
