    Hi I am new to the RC world and has ordered an Axial SCX 10. I would like to get a charger + battery. Understand that you are the distributor for Gens Ace battery. May I know the price for a 4000mah / 5000mah 7.4V battery? How long can they last on a full charge? Do you carry chargers as well? I am looking for a charger with AC input and is able to charge Nimh / Nicd / Lipo batteries. Thanks!

    Hi, Gens ACE 5000mAh 40C can go as high as 5C charging however that's not recommended as it will shorten the batt life. For optimum charging, keep it at 1C i.e. 5000mAh. If time is not a constrain, do 1 to 2 amp charging to achieve better balancing for the cells.

    Hi Ray,

    I got the Gens ace 5000mAh 40C batts, i re read your PM and found that you said the the max charge rate for this lipo is 5C - I am mistaken? What is your normal C charge when at the track/home? I now charge the lipo at 1C and have the LVC at 3.2v per cell.

    GREAT ESC and MOTOR...loving it on my MP9E...super torque and super fast...
