added mods to get rssi readings on the tewmp input on my osd units, I've replaced saw filters in the tuner of on my video receiver to get higher sensitivity, I've made custom antennas for different receivers, etc... . Anyway, I'd really love to hear from you about some of the details on your M11 conversion, and I'd love to do that if I can maybe find an M11 used somewhere. If you get some time, please feel free to send me a message or email me [email protected] .

    Regards

I'm in the US by the way, I gathered from the posts that you're from Aus. These forums are great. I've learned a lot from and helped a lot of other fellow RC hobbyists on other forums, mainly on rcgroups. If you don't mind, and you have the time, you can send me as much technical details as you want on your conversion, it won't overload me. I've been into fpv for a while, I've got a lot of experience with electronics, I've modified the TM-14 2.4G module and TM-7 on my Futaba radios to put attentuators on them and connect to a wi-fi amps, to get longer range, I've

I basically joined this forum just because of what I saw you did with your M11 to retrofit it for the xo-1. I also used to be a tv tech many years ago, and I've had a couple of M8's, I have lots of electronics experience, I've already thought about how you did this, but I'm sure there are some details that would take anyone a long time to figure out, so I wanted to ask you.
    1. Did you remove the whole analog-to-digital unit from the TQi and connect it to an analog output/input somewhere on the M11?
    2. I know Airtronix has 2.4G modules too, but the coding/modulation/band hopping is probably different from that of the Traxxas receiver. I noticed on your conversion video that you had a modded tx-module, probably from the TQi, placed in the back of the M11 (with a green led on it), did you just find the ppm output of the M11 and plug it into the TQi 2.4G transmitter module?
