    Hello rcmart. I ordered my parts ( Order #796262*) and paid for ems shipping so I could get them quickly. Thus the shipping costing me more than the parts I ordered. :-( When I placed my order I selected to backorder any out of stock items and ship what was available. (Although everything showed in stock when I placed my order) A couple days later I get an email saying one of my ordered items is out of stock and my order status is now*(52. Wait short restock). I emailed you with a part number to switch the out of stock item for. (Although since I selected to backorder missing items you should have just shipped what was available.) Now I may not have my parts in time for a major event I'm attending due to my order not being updated soon enough and you being closed for all 4 days of easter holiday when this order should have been shipped out before the holidays if not for making me select a different item and shipped the way I asked for.

    Hi what country is ur company based in?
    Asking because i was going to order some stuff from rc market then found out there on the other side of the world(Hong Kong), shipping from that far away would hurt ALOT in the pocket.

    hello,

    I am really interested in ording a set of narrow rc amoeba magic wheels but i cant find any info on the manufacturer. so will the bead locks have enough holding pressure to keep a bead at high speeds?
    if for some reason a peace bends or breaks will the mfg replace the peice. if not will i be able to purchase indevidual pieces? please let me know so that i can make my order.

    Hi sir, I just ordered a unit of Traxxas slash rtr, order # 355071, and have paid the amount due via paypal. Then afterwards I have received an email regarding the need for you to verify my address, so in response I sent an email with 2 documents indicating my address. Then again I received another email but now with the subject "47.CANCEL" with the request for requirements to verify my address, again I sent my previous mobile phone bill with my home address. I do hope the documents that I have sent are enough to verify my address to proceed with processing my order. Hope this is just a glitch in your system and the time frame that you have indicated in your website will be followed.I am a new customer, I am just afraid that i'll be one of the unlucky guys that I have read their grievances in your tread. I do hope you'll look into my case, I Know its a public holiday there but I do expect that my orders shipped not latter than next week. T.Y.
