Forgot to mention, floors are varnished wood, so very slick, low traction. very technical course.

    Hey Gary,

Just bought a new DX3R Pro. Racing this year 1/10 onroad touring. Both my cars are Spur/Pinion set up for more higher torques, lesser speed. Want to be able to use the ABS and Traction Control features of the Radio, but not sure how to set the pulse frequencies. I am an aggressive driver. Hard on the throttle until the last minute, hard on the break at the apex of the corner. I was using the DX3S last year. programmed my brakes for 90% to help to keep locking them up, but at times, was still way slower braking then many of the top seeds. I want aggressive punch, and don't want to loose it with take off, but on these floors, need to dial it in. Test and Tune night is this Saturday, and would like to know how to play with the both features without spending a ton of time figuring out the prilimiaries, if you could explain, that would be awesome.
Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated!
    Cheers
    David

Hey Gary someone had mentioned your the go to guy with Spektrum questions...hope im not buggin you. I got the new DX3R PRO and want to use the idle up feature for my nitro truggy to warm up the motor for first start up of the day. I read that there should be an alarm when I have the idle up feature on? I have the alarm in the idle up mention set to active and I have alarms set to active in the main alarm menu. I have one of the clickers set on the remote so I can turn idle up on and off with one button...idle up works perfect BUT I have no alert telling me that its on. If I hit the button on accident while racing I wont know its on...I would like to get this alert working, any advice? Thanks buddy.

Gary, If I read correctly you are involved with Spektrum in some way (employee, tech advisor, ??). Would you please take a look at my post about the telemetry issues with my new DX3S that came with my 8 2.0 rtr. I called the Horizon support line and was told the issues were common and that's it. My telementry is off more than it is on.

Gary is it true I can't receive/monitor lap times with a DX3S? I just spent the money on the trigger and sensor only to hear through the grapevine the radio can't do laps. Is that true? I really don't want to bother with a handheld.

Right now I am waiting for 1:30 to hear back from customer service about this...nothing is on the site.

    thanks!

    RCGary,

Hey man, I just got a Losi LST XXL with the DS3s a little over a week ago and I was using the radio to learn how to use it being careful with the scroll wheel and much to my disappointment the wheel broke. Do you know what the turnaround time is on repairs and do I have to pay the shipping to and the return shipping to get it fixed?
