RPM Or STd can? RPM Should be in the 3.5-3.8 range, STD should be 3.3-3.6 FDR all depending on layout.

    Hey Gus,

It's really good. I think the car is more able than a B5M to be honest. It retains the steering while gaining a ton of rear bite. My setup is online if you want to look at it. I add NO weight to the car.

Hey Randy its Gus G from Las Vegas,,, I have a YZ running at 702 mostly which is LOW traction, how is that YMAX conversion? does it make a big difference, and can it handle a heavily sugared track as well?

    Hey,

No cap other than what you're looking for is there NOT to be a sustained "top out" of the rpms. Watch the Tekin clinic video on our youtube page. I go over this in detail.

I run a losi 22sct 2.0 stock *17.5gen non s motor* blinky,,,my question is.........When I watch my playbacks of the previous run is there a cap I should look for on the RPM, is there a solid place Id like my rpm to be on for max rpm? What is RPM cap for this motor and also for the 4600non hd?
    Thanx much in advance

2s is really the issue. If the battery mfg's actually thought this through NONE would be claiming the "C" rating they're claiming. The batteries just don't give that without swelling, hence the puffing.

The trick is to cycle your packs, storage charge them while not using them, never leaving them charged for long periods of time, etc.

Your gearing maybe a tooth too tall but this will vary upon the track size, etc.

Never run your packs longer than you have to, you can feel the packs get soft LONG before the hit the LVC setting in most cases.

Hi Randy, I'm working on my first build. Tekno sct410, Tekin RX8g2, HD4300, Radiopost Green, & MT4 Tx/Rx. I'm at about $1300 for everything. The one thing bothering me is the efficiency on 2s. Mainly run time & strain on the batteries. I plan on setting the current limiter at 70/75, the voltage cutoff at 3.3 per cell, & the throttle minimum at 0. I'm gonna run SMC 70c 6500 mah with a 17t pinion. I'd like to keep the temps down while getting the most out of my batteries. Enough for say a 8min main. Am I doing it right? I've heard of people puffing their batteries, and I'd like to avoid that. The logical answer (correct mr if I'm wrong) would be to run the HD3000kv. Lower temps, longer runs, better on the electronics, no puffed batteries, & more power? Correct? Problem is all my local tracks only allow 2s while racing. Do you see ROAR changing anything in light of evolving technology anytime soon? Seems like they are really holding Short Course back?

Are you referring to the curves? Should be under "throttle" but you will need to choose a "custom" one to make any adjustments to them.
