    I know, I saw both offers, but I did have small herd of them come in at almost the same time. I have to trust the server time stamp to sort them in order, even if it is by milliseconds, for me so I am working my way up from the first offers. One other guy in town is ahead of you and if he does not pan out or it is complicated somehow that will make your offer next.
