    Hey there, sorry I wasn't clear on all that. Yes it will charge 4 batteries at once. It'll do 1 to 6 cells up to 5 amps each port. The power supply allows you to plug it into a wall outlet, OR you can plug it to a 12v source, like a car battery with the supplied alligator clips.
