Hi Lars; I know its old but I saw your thread where you placed the ford focus shell on the Marder. I have an FG marder with fully elcon upgrade with the wide rear. I know that you extended the chassis. I have a few questions I want to ask I noticed that you were able to fit the mcd speed line wheels I have those but there offset is really low so it hits the steering rods at the front, did you use FG touring steering rods? as for the rear it fits fine. My other question is that I won't be making any extensions on the marder chassis. My stock wheelbase is about 475mm I know the porsche bodies from FG have a wheelbase of 465 which is almost the same and you can work your way around it, but I have know idea as for how the height and width will work, but I am for going for the rally look. I found the FG renault megane body which can work as a rally body. It has a wheelbase of 510.

    any help would be appreciated.

Hello Lars I saw a post you had commented on about how to fix the slop in the front end and steering linkage of your kyosho drx.. I purchased a drx ve a couple of weeks ago and have been having issues with the steering re-centering when I let go of the wheel on the remote.. The wheels will always stay slightly towards the way I had turned.. It makes it difficult when exiting corners and very unpredictable.. Do you have any recommendations on how ti improve this?

Any and all info would be much appreciated..

    Thanks
    Doug

    Hej Lars,

You have had your Kyosho DRX for some time now...before I get the drx ve version, I just wanted to hear your opinion.
    Do you like it?
Any problems I should be aware of?

    Tak for hjælpen

Hi Lars, I like your rc8 conversion. What are the parts required to convert? I understand your body is from Delta plastik. What about shock tower, body posts and bumpers? Did you try any bodies from Kyosho or other companies?
