Hello FUTUREAL (AMPDRAW). I recently made a purchase (Invoice Number: 309-00003950-6653) on 24 Sep 09, but it has yet to ship. I sent an online inquire thru the AMPDRAW website this morning (5 Oct 09), but haven't heard back as of yet. I wanted to find out the status of this order? Also, why no phone number to contact the shop? That would make doing business with AMPDRAW sooo much easier. Thanks.

Hi, I have a problem with a member (losiracer18) leaving a negative trader rating because he received one from me. His initial rating for the transaction about me was positive, but when I inspected the items and tried everything to resolve the issues with him I left him a negative feedback. In return he left me a second rating for the same transaction, a negative feedback. I don't sell junk nor do I like being sold junk or lied to. Please let me know if you can straighten this out. Thank You!

I do not know if this is the right place to ask but i cannot find any details as to where i can lodge a complaine on the moderator of my country as i see foul language being used by the moderator on the website>if you have any info as to where i can lodge my complaine pls do enlighten me.Thanks in advance.

I'm not a visitor, but I did have a comment/question regarding Ampdraw.

I just submitted my first order. I found the process to be easy. I also found your prices to be the lowest (particularly on the Tamiya one-way I ordered).

To test your inventory system I increased my order amounts in an attempt to determine if the "In Stock" status was correct. I feel satisfied that the status was true.

My only concern was with how secure my information (address, credit card) was being handled. Do you foresee Ampdraw using PayPal?

I typically order from Tower, Speedtech rc, or sometimes Stormer. If this transaction is as smooth an accurate as those online retailers, I will use Ampdraw in the future without any hesitation, and I will encourage others to do the same.
