It's Perry Caswell here from down at Mimi's with a question about the BD speedo. I've not run any 1/12th scale to speak of since last year's Indoor Champs. But I've read on the BD thread that there's now some new software that improves upon the already neato torpedo black diamond speedo performance. Can the early edition BD speedo that I got at the Champs last year be updated to the new specs? If updates are available, I'm hoping that I can send the thing in to you guys so that you can insert even more rip into this little black magic box. Like you, I really like the simplicity of a really good speedo that doesn't require constant fiddling with a track side laptop. In my pit, that laptop thing ain't never gonna happen. Please do let me know if a BD speedo update exists, if it is worthwhile, and if it's avialable thru CRC or perhaps thru the AE guys overseas.
