What batteries are you running? If you go lipo, you can probably pick up more speed, otherwise I recommend you replace both the motor and speed control with a brushless system.

I recently bought a traxxas slash 2wd truck. And im wanting to go faster with a different motor and was just wondering if I had to get a different speed control box. The one I have now is a XL-f traxxas titan 12t motor in it and wondering which other motor would be the cheapest and fastest.
