Do you have any other RC vehicles that you could run the 2S 6500's in?

Simple then go with the 720I and the 4S pack.

related to this...im looking at an RC8e and already own a 2s 5250 pack for my rc10. can i go with another 5250 2s and double up?? will i run into any issues? im just hesitant to lay down a nice chunk of change for a 4s that i can only run in 1 car.

thanks!

Well the biggest issue you have right now is a used pack being run with a brand new pack. In dual pack systems the batteries both need to be the same age and number of cycles. This keeps them in-line with each other. Otherwise you end up with one pack that has a different discharge rate than the new pack would have if you have two off different ages and cycles.
