There is a basketball court in our subdivision na hindi na nagagamit.... hndi sya covered court... i'll try to ask the president of the home owners association
its harder to use a basketball court coz pinoys are so into it ... lagi may naglalaro. here at my place in Project 8 we got a two courts, coz main parish to, so may park din and tennis court. unfortunately the tennis area is for members only, tapos the covered basketball court has many players. meron sana area we can setup and thats the old basketball court (now a small stage has been setup), the problem is the cement isnt in good condition and when it rains there are puddles of water and dirt ... we can rehab the place if you guys want. i think papayag naman ang president ng association.
@Snookums ... and milagro is i got the TRF dampers setup na, it doesnt drop that low. also fixed the other TA05 coz i moved the mini cva to that kit. mukhang ok na tong setup ... dalawang TA05 dala ko sa saturday and one TT-01.

Been formulating the "constitution" of PRCD. I'm planning to have a group meeting where all of us can tackle the future of the group and even the officials of the group, nominated and voted by the group. para official na ang PRCD.[/quote] from blackwrench
Hi, okay yan para formal ang group, May I sugest this, if we can have a group of EXICOM (executive committee) so every body can share, suggest and plan things and approved by the majority ( just like what we did sa club t-shirt, by majority vote). The committee will compose of almost all of us now who are active and put a cut off for new incoming member as a plain members only, In this manner we can avoid having a president, vice, ect which lead to POLITICS and lead to destruction of the group or club .all we need is a spokesman, secretary to keep files and later a treasurer, but not necessary for now. I have been a member of several hobby clubs for 25yrs na, some are still active and some just fade away or split up coz of politics, since this group consist mostly of nice guys, sayang naman if it will live short. What do you think guys?

Oo nga , me im from caloocan and some sa Valenzuela pa, pero siguro alternate kasi some of us still need the tracks sa ps1 to practice.

There are some unused and blocked off sections of roads (tarmac) in the Fort. I used to run-up my GT4 there after flying (or when the winds got too strong for my liking). Maybe you should check it out.
With regards to hobby shops and tracks, please note that most (if not all) cater to on/off road enthusiasts...since that is the larger market for both new kits and replacement parts. So, it would be difficult for you guys to convince any of them to use their tracks..
What you guys need is to organise yourselves formally.. like what we did with Team ProJamm... ProJamm started in the roof top of PS1 running on-road 1/10 scale gas cars; and, we organised ourselves into a non-profit organisation. In its hayday, we used to have monthly races, each handled by 2-3 members with food, drinks and trophies.. these we made in almost all the tracks in Metro-Manila...

Thanks guys for the advice, it is well appreciated . your advices will definely influence the policies of the group. I'm currently studying the base frame of the other RC group that has been form here in the RP, and most of them really crumble when affected by politics.

Yeah Big Brother!!!, kailangan na talaga natin ng officers.. mag kakaron na rin tayo ng members list and profiles ..then IDs para official na talaga ang group...and syempre more driftnics!!!
Im from valenzuela pa. And i dont mind carrying heavy RC items and commuting just to get to PS1 every Saturday. The thing is, thats the only way im enjoying the company of you guys. Nakasanayan ko na rin. Its a good thing na si Jn modeller ay malapit pala samin kaya naka-hitch ako last sat. Medyo mahihirapan tayo maghanap ng space. So, i suggest we stay at PS1 every Sat. Just my 2 cents...

Nothing can replace that. A meeting of minds and friends letting their hair down on a saturday is priceless. I remember times when i was running alone many a saturday in that corner of the 6th floor the whole morning. Hirap kasi sometimes in the roofdeck when you start getting sunstroke or a sudden unprepared for shower. Lo and behold, it just suddenly became a sort of gathering place for the guys. Great runs and great times soon followed. Lets all enjoy this while we still can.
