got some tips from the internet.. to insert a zip tie into the exhaust opening and force liner out by turning flywheel. Will give it a try now

I notice when i turn the crankshaft (inside crankcase) smoothly, when piston is at it's utmost top position, there's this feeling of tendancy for the crankshaft to stop and that i have to turn with a slightly more froce. Is this normal??

Before you damage your engine even more send it to Lai Kok Heng aka Dr.Engine ... He is an expert on RB... His Phone 016 2216319....from what I have notice your engine not enough running in....His location near Tawakal Hospital. KL
