This will be the last time which we are going to address the issue.

As per the TITLE of the thread, this is strictly an announcement about MTX4 car kits in Malaysia. It has nothing to do with any other brand of products. So obviously, all postings refered are to the TITLE of this thread.

It is of your own wish where n what kit u decide to purchase. The purpose of this forum is to inform everybody of the Mugen guidelines n restrictions of MTX4 in our country.

Cheers!

lastnite completed assemble X4,waiting to collect new LS5 from AHCUN,then friday nite can do break in..
from my view, almost d front d same s X3 xcept d diff assembly and bulkhead.
d rear obviously dfrnt wit bulkhead, diff, shock tower and d dog bone is longer la!!rear and fron knuckle d same s X3.
like d idea of trotle servo mounting, much simpler and to say safer for servo.
D fron sway totally improved compared to X3 coz more adjustable wic X3 is not.
Rear sway stock wit 2.1 type.

Confirmation from factory, all SPARE CHASSIS will also have a serial number for worldwide tracking purposes.Mugen is really serious in preventing parallel importers this time around.

Cheers!

dun think so bro,bad for business..
more option parts in d market mean more demand and actually more mugens outside, its d matter of when they can/want to release rest of d option except mugen options..
anyway..to me option for neccessary,d rest is just cosmetics..

Aiyah,not so bad lah.

Just the chassis only. Chassis is the only part not change frequently.

The rest still can be use. Kawahara or etc.

The number on the chassis is to tackle errant distributor from other country selling into USA, M'sia, Europe and .......

Mugen USA had a big problem there. Almost a high % Mugen coming from ASIA, so the number is sort of tracking the number so they will know which country sells into USA, than the errant distributor from that country will get some feedback.

If its a policy for Mugen distributors, why cascade to rc players to enforce (by disallowing them to play). Track operators can take note of serial nos at their tracks report to Mugen for errant serial nos.... but to disallow.. that's something else.

Has Mugen considered the effect to online rc shops, whose main business is supported by foreign purchases. With this policy, will they continue to support Mugen?

These comments are not intended to fault HPC... but just food for thought by Mugen
