Dear All Racers,KRCC (Kuching Radio Control Club) are please to organise the Kuching EP Open 2014. KRCC would like to invite participants from West Malaysia, Sabah, Brunei, Sarawak and anyone interested to participate and compete against each other to have the title of Kuching EP Open 2014 Champion during the event.

DATE & LOCATION:Track – Le-Park KRCC Track, Civic Centre, Kuching
Date – 15 & 16 March 2014
Time - 8.00am – 5.00pm each day

RACE FEES:

Touring Class (Only 10.5T or 13.5T allowed) - RM 80.00
Mini Open 2WD Class (Only 10.5T or 13.5T allowed) - RM80.00
Mini Super Stock Class (M-05 Box Stock) - RM80.00

2 Category per person - RM140.00
3 Category per person - RM200.00

3. Mini Super Stock Class (M-05 Box Stock)

Entry fees must be paid to Maybank account 111195031147 (Zulhadi Bin Rosdi) or Hishamuddin Siri or Walter Kho one week before the event to guarantee participation. WALK IN SHALL BE IMPOSED EXTRA, RM20 for each category.

Rules and Regulations:

TRANSPONDER
All racer encourage to provide their own Personal Transponder MYLAPS RC4 Hybrid Transponder. MRT PT is not acceptable. However, In-house transponder shall be provided.

Touring Class (Only 10.5T or 13.5T allowed):

1. Open motor, any brand, 10.5 or 13.5 turn of brushless motor is allowed
2. Total Minimum Weight allowed – 1400g (Including personal transponder)
3. Tires: Maximum 2 sets of tires. A-Main & B-Main are allowed for an additional set.
4. Any brand of battery type & capacity is permitted- Limited to only 6 cells Ni-Cd/Ni-MH or 2 cell Lipo
5. Any Brand of Brushless ESC are permitted, however NO REVERSE function is allowed during the RACE
6. Bodyshell - 4 Door Sedan Only. Wing must follow IFMAR standard size.
7. Maximum no. of participant: No Limit

Mini Open 2WD Class (Only 10.5T or 13.5T allowed):

1. Open motor, any brand of brushless 10.5 or 13.5 Turn motor with TIMING & TURBO FUNCTION IS ALLOWED.

Please enlight me on stock esc for mini category?what if the esc were not included from the M05 kit?

Then you have to use other type of brushed esc with other brand of brushed motor. But the ratio must be using stock ratio. Organiser have the right to check the car performance to see any speed advantage you will have.
