RC Powerboat In Action
This thread is dedicated for RC Powerboat Lover.
We would like thank the Sibu Radio Control Sports Club and Sibu Municipal Council for organizing the Swan Cup Radio Control Model Boat Race 2005 in conjunction with the 2005 Sibu Water Festival. There were >100 powerboats taking part in this race.
Due to the great success of this event, the Council chairman, YB Tiong Thai King, has declared this as the annual event in Sibu.
We also like to thank participants from Kuching, Kapit, Bintulu, Miri & Brunei for their participation and support.

Yes, we have 3 rescue boats to pick-up boats with dead engine. We even have an ambulance for standby in case of incident.
See the rescue team in action:

Uncle Jawbreaker, if I'm not mistaken, the boat is made of some kind of fibreglass material. So it will never sink.
