Hi guys!
Entries are not officially closed yet.
The entries are full based on 'estimate' from various parties.
But so far,those who have submitted have exceeded their estimation.
For example - Team Ho Bao reserved 10 slots,but actual submission 12 entries.
Team GS reserved 10,actual 11.
On our side,HPC estimated 20,now already have 25 in hand(local KL boys only).
Singapore alone has 12 confirmed entries.More to come.
Johor full entries yet to come.
More to come especially from Thailand and Indonesia.
Therefore,we would like everybody to submit their particulars asap to confirm their slots.
Collection of payment will be last resort.Outstation drivers can pay through their LHS.Will confirm later.

Hi guys.
I have tabulated all entries.

At present,I am looking at minimum of 108 entries.
With more from Indonesia,Singapore and JB boys,...I also scratching my head now.
I am waiting for Chim Seng and JSA to submit entries.Then I will finalise and have to start collecting the entrance fees.
So at present,I have stopped accepting entries from KL.
Extra slots are subject to cancellation from local and overseas drivers.
My other option is to allow 1 more group(110 entries) but may reduce heats to 5 mins instead of 7 mins.
Will keep u guys updated.

Due to the higher than expected number of entries,we will open the track at 7 am and start Radio compounding at 8 am.
With the additional 1 hour,we would be able to cater for 110 entries and an additional group of the Christmas tree qualifying.
This is also to maintain a 7 mins heats.
So the bottom 2 groups of the Christmas Tree will run on Saturday.
However the extra 10 slots are prioritised for foreign drivers only.
For now,LOCAL ENTRIES ARE CLOSED.
Unfortunately,we have to progress to the next step,which is to collect entrance fees.Please pay to where u have registered for the race.
This is to ensure all participants are genuine and not just putting their names down and hog slots.
