Next to the stadium where the Istana is. If you are coming from KL, don't take the main bridge. Take the inner road that takes you to the Hokkien Assc. Follow that road all the way until you see a the Klang bus station on your right. After this station you should see a bridge on the left (50m) away. Get on the bridge, at the end of the bridge turn left, reach T-junction turn right then second left turn (should be at the bottom of the hill, if you go up the hill you will see Klang club and the istana on the right - make a u-turn)

Once you make the second left turn you should see the stadium (dead end road anyway).
