Default ARGUS Racing Engine (all achieved at a VERY reasonable price)

Argus 5+2 port turbo engine

New to the UK is the new Argus 5+2 port turbo engine.

This engine has been manufactured to Argus's exacting standards by the leading Taiwanese engine manufacturer on their multi axis cnc machines, already with a proven reliability and performance record. The original manufacturer of these engine's has already achieved remarkable results in the last 12 months by taking the win at the "pre-Worlds" race in Thailand.

The Argus engine features a revised carburettor, timing and porting to Argus's exacting requirement's to achieve excellent power and drive ability, all achieved at a VERY reasonable price.

Alpha is cheap already.
Now Argus Engine sure cheaper than gold head.
The piston sleeve, carburetor & body outlooks look as the same to me.
you should get almost 2 engines for only RM1k.

The different not only the price, the harden shaft, cooling head, the chrome finish logo on both side engine and the carb.
Note: U.K. version.

Everything looks good in the pics, except for the thin cooling fins on the heat sink. Kinda reminds me of the super-brittle GoTech fins, which break like potato chips. Please Argus make a more durable head.

Price only rm5xx for the whole new racing engine turbo 5+2.
For outstanding cooling head, additional cost apply for extra nice look, light weight & better cooling design.

Nice looking cooling head starting price from rm150 to 380. depending whitch performance u like.

Thanks for interesting in Argus performance racing.

If a customer does happen to need a replacement cooling head from the aftermarket, will a standard 4-bolt Novarossi style head fit?

Most 4 bolts after market do 'fit' all kind of engines. but will lose the screw hole each time from service. Recommend stay with original cooling head for longer turn to use.

Argus wins in AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the "NOT the Worlds race" held last weekend in Queensland, Aaron Stringer using the new Argus Engines took out both the Buggy and Truggy classes by 2 laps in each class. Aaron is rapidly becoming one of Australias fastest young drivers and with the Argus motors in his cars he is sure to go faster.

Hammer RC is happy to welcome Aaron to the team and hope he has a great end to this year and a sucessful 2011.
