"they" say "they" gonna "re-do" the "entire" track as in to "demolish" "everything" and "rebuild" the "whole" track...

that was what "they" say after the "offroad with touring car" race...

RM150 for a 2 day race???
I think the most important thing that is running around the mind of everyone who was at the race the last time (which i would prefer to forget) is the status of the track.
Some people actually stated some rumours that the track will be rebuilt (which i do not think so cos it will be costly for the organisers).

Has the track been resurfaced as wat HH has promised after the first race???
If not, when will it be resurfaced??? Give a date. We in JB could go over and spy the track and keep everyone updated in here.

I do not wish (i think the same with other racers) to face the same problem like to 1st time round. Aint good for HH reputation man.

One thing i wanna add. Its nice to know that this time, the well-knowed Eddie Lee from Singapore will be the MC/Director for this event.

Just my 2 cents view anyway

The thing is it needs some time for the track surface to settle down. A month or so from what rcsabah mentioned before the track is smooth and nice. So the race being less than a month from now, the track would still not be in a raceable condition if the resurfacing was done as early as tomorrow.

If they listened to the feedbacks and did the resurfacing many months back, the track should be nice. My 2 cents.

Prof.D san,
I was just checking whether HH has kept their end of their promises ... no point making so much empty promises since HH has a very good reputation .....

Furthermore, if it wasnt resurfaced after the race, i would hope that at least they bring a HUGE vacuum cleaner and go around the track sucking all those pebbles, dirt and etc.

Reputation? As I recall, the track was suppose to be international standard... Ummm... Remember most Malaysians if anything else have short term memories...

They will probably not reply to your quote. International track?? I think S2 is more likely to have this title. Anyway if they really want to they can always explain what they have done to the track since the last race.

Perhaps ex-Danga Bay participants are not welcomed because the organizers are afraid that those racers who had their harrowing experiences would come and haunt the organizers !
