Has anyone experience such thing in 4PK?

This thing did happened before at TiTC race Thailand. Why not ask your friend to contact KO. They'll give firmware upgrade/patch to fix this.

Just a walk thru what the KO guy did during the firmware update on the module.
1. Open case, unsolder a connection.
2. Transfer firmware, 3 times, test. Fail.
3. Open secondary board, turn up something with screw driver.
4. Transfer firmware, Success.
5. Solder back a connection.
6. Case closed, and happy customer
Hope this give you an insight.

GFT, how long it takes to complete the whole process? I mean the time they start working on yours till they hand over back the Tx to you. There are long queues there.

You are right about the queue, Probably about 2 hours, turnaround time for each module is about 5 to 10 minutes. I have my FM module, so not to badly affected. Only thing is I need to get use to drive with the transmitter antenna sticking out. A little distracting at first. Hmmmm, spoil by 2.4G, with short antenna.

That is very very inconvenient. People are busy with preparation setup thinking best ways to win. While the rest still waiting in frustration.
But I do heard Sanwa DSSS also having issues. The co. is fast and start to produce FHSS2 in their new model line up.
