Tamiya Asia Cup Qualifying Series 2008
Hi guys,
It's here again! The "Tamiya Asia Cup Qualifying Series 2008"
Categories are:
1. Stock
2. M-Chassis
3. 4WD GT
4. Buggy
TAC'08 will be more interesting this year as Malaysia is confirmed as host for the Asia Cup finals in September.
Being host, we are given 8 places for each categories. So prepare yourselves!
Round 1 of TAC'08 is also confirmed. Details:
Venue: Bangsar Shopping Centre
Date: 29th March Free Practice
30th March Race Day
Details of other legs will be announced soon!

Dont worry, the buggy class is a sure thing for me.
I did not upgrade my DB-01 at all. Instead I converted my 501X into a DB-01

just wanna tanya a bit..
1. in the stock category as in the regulations said TT01 AND TT01E.
so this means TT01D is not eligible?
2. as for the motors theres a bit of confusion.other pll said Stargek supply b4 race..and i read is says use own motor..can u help me out there

yeahjamal,
Change the tires on the TT01D to the approved tires and you are ready to rock n loll.
Supplied motors is last year's ruling. This year, use your own motors.

You may not realize it but all Malaysian TAC racer's and alike have anonymously banned you from participating(as a racer) in any Malaysian TAC races and you are to religously continue to organise TAC races here in Malaysia for life.
Unless you want us to change your name from OCY to Buaya Ong, race with 3 sub-c cell silver canned motor powered car and with your left eye blind folded then you may race in any Malaysian TAC race you wish.
