Cool Tune Pipe ? Worth it? or Worthless???

Hi, does anyone change their stock tune pipe? I'm having 1/8 buggy but not sure worth to upgrade to a better tune pipe? Can somebody explain to me long/short tune pipe, please...... TQ!!!

It worth! basically, longer pipe tuned for top speed while shorter for low end. korrect me if i'm wrong

Just to correct, longer=bottom better, shorter = top better
