Team Losi Racing Wins 2007 South African Nationals
The Team Losi Racing 8IGHT and 8IGHT-T have both been making waves at racetracks and events around the world since being released, and continue to add to their growing list of wins internationally. Dean Steenmans dominated the South African 1/8-Scale Gas Nationals, TQing both the Truggy and Buggy class with his Team Losi Racing 8IGHT and 8IGHT-T. When the dust settled and the trophies handed out, Dean won both classes in dominating fashion. The closest competitor in Buggy was three laps down, while it was four laps back to his closest competitor in Truggy. Relative newcomer Wesley Woolven qualified tenth in the buggy A-Main and finished seventh with his 8IGHT, notching another impressive outing thanks to the revolutionary design of the 8IGHT.

Adam Drake Wins the 2007 ROAR Gas Off Road Nationals!
The largest race of the off-road gas season, the ROAR 1.8th Off-road Nationals, was last weekend in St. Louis, MO at Dirtburners RC. With over 270 entries all battling over one title showed for some great racing. Losi was on hand with 3 drivers representing with their Team Losi Racing 8ight in the A-Main event. After the hour long A-Main event it was Losi's Adam Drake taking the win to give him and Losi their first ever ROAR Gas Off-road National Title. Rounding out the top five in the A-Main was Mike Truhe in 4th and Jesse Robbers in 5th. All three drivers used Losi's new 1.8th Red Taper Pin to give them the edge over the competition.
