darthkir,
NMT ah? When I'm rich enough I'll get one.. hehe.. currently almost all extra valuable 'resources' are channel towards the project truck.. so not much left for other things..

lee82gx,
the truck is not ready yet as i have a few thing that i need to make like the electronics mount plate, cantilever links, body post, link clamp and possibly a bumper and skid plate.. I can only work on it on weekends for about 1-2 hours. So it's gonna take me quite sometime ti finish this.. Maybe in 2 month I can finish it..

How do u plan on doing the skid plates? Are you going to buy it or custom made it yourself?

have to make it myself.. i dont think i can find a skid plate for my truck because of the dimension since the chassis brace that i make dont follow any spec of any trucks around.. so dont think i can find a skid plate that fits..

I have yet to get the material, but most probably will be using 1.5mm aluminium plate, measure to size, cut using hacksaw, file the edges and drill the holes.. Sounds easy enough isn't it..

Finally! I have got myself a Savage last Wednesday. Still in the process of breaking in and tuning the monster. Spent all my weekend disassembling it.

The only place u can get it in KL - HPC at SS15, RM 1900 for the ARTR version. I'm having trouble with the two speed now, it doesnt shift after I dissasemble the monster. This morning I tested it again, only twice it shifts. Maybe the engine doesnt reach the right RPM. I am very sure I assembled it correctly, rechecked it already.

The ARTR includes the kit and engine with no radio. The RTR ver comes with a Futaba 3 channel radio with high torque servos.
