how much? depends on what the shop offers.full set usually 1.5k.
if ur going low budget tamiya tt01 would do for rm400 like that for the chassis.
if u aim high and plan to keep the car long,yokomo drift is a good choice for around RM800.
thats my 2 cents lah. price stated is average kuching price.donno semenanjung price.

if RTR,u need to buy the batt n charger only..tx,servo,esc no need...name oso Ready-To-Run...unless ur pocket is deep...tgn gatal to buy hopup summore..

indeeeeeeeeeeeed i agree wit u la master tancp81 coz no need to change piston and sleeve,some more no need to buy foam tyre.....some more no need to buy glow feul... ...but EP rc plays wit technology bro need new stuff still got to pay laaa.. like LiPo batt,LiPo charger ( only needed to buy once but still xpensive ),powerfull ESC ( only need to buy once but depends on your driving style la ),

i play both EP and GP.so i know la little bit bout maintenance cost for both type of rc.
