Yah…. Thank you for your comments; it will be louder if we have 6-10 cars on the track. If is too loud we will figure out something to counter the sound pollution

I suggest the indoor track for onroad & offroad. That surely keep the neighboorhood quiet.

It's good too the cust & visitors need not to worry on the sun & rain. At least easier to maintain the tracks too.

But good facilities always involve cost $$$$
