An additional award banquet ticket for each non participant is USD$15.00

If you need a pre-arranged Airport-to-Hotel (1-way) transfer, it is USD$15.00 per head.

This is the lastest situation and conclusion we have here.

First of all:-

1. All the entries had been submitted and they have been receives by Mr. Adi from FEMCA Indonesia. Lastest Suah and Andy also included.

2. RCMRC have not remitted any kind of payment as many already settle the fees by yourselves or to organisers. Submitted entries had been verified as RCMRC members and they are legally participants to Jakarta race.

3. Please note...since we DIDN'T remit any money for your entry...RCMRC is not responsible for any consequences due to your entry.

As drivers remit the money at their own risk.

4. A verify members list or entry will be handed over to FEMCA referee from Singapore just in case verification is needed.

Please note....those are not members are not entitle for the race.

Participants to FEMCA JAKRATA 2007...here's a email which I receives from JAKARTA and I do not know how to answer them as RCMRC DID NOT finalised your payment details.......as we got issues....check here and you guys solve this matter.

Dear Danny,

I've found some problems with Malaysian entrances regarding their registrations and payments. I will describe one by one as follow.
In our record we have 13 drivers for 1/8th and 12 drivers for 1/10th.
We found 2 entries M. Maulana B. Magiman (as stated on my previous email) and Zaireen B. Husein not listed on your list. Regarding this matter, repeating my statement same as like on my previous email. Concerning their good effort and they have sent already their entry fees, I recommend them to join the race as a wild card participant. Please advise.
H. Mizan Bin Omar (who did the cash payment through Apink) is the same person with Mizan on your list (1/10th scale)? Please advise.
We indicated Badrul Hisham and Suhaimi Abdul Wahab will play in two classes on your list. If so they have to pay one more class (cos they've paid only 1/10th scale). Just to reminds, for two classes should be US$200/driver. Please confirm to them and advise.

6. Re. payment, we've checked with Fayakhun, my secretary & our bank and their entry forms, as follow:

They've been did the TT US$630, but not full amount (deducted by the banks) so we are received only US$605 (less US$25). According to their registration forms, entry fees for 6 drivers + 3 additional banquet dinners + 3 two ways transportations + 3 one way transportation, that should be in total is US$780. Means they have less US$175 payment in total of US$780. Please confirm to them and advise.

Cash Payment to Fayakhun:

They did cash the payment to Fayakhun RM700.

TT:

According to their registration forms, entry fees for 2 drivers + 2 one ways transportation, that should be in total is US$230. Means they have less US$ 92. Please confirm to them and advise.

They did cash the payment to Aphink US$400. There's no transportation needs and there's no banquet needs, so these guys are clear.

For everyone that have less payment can do in Jakarta. For everyone haven't do the payment, please DO before May 11th 2007. One more thing, for all the drivers who will play on 1/8th class on your list have not send the registration forms, please do ASAP.

For all the problems above, please kindly RESOLVE IT and CONFIRM to us ASAP.

Please take note RCMRC didn't make any remittance to FEMCA Jakarta.....as drivers already did so on their own.

AND it is difficult to follow up.

Posted above is the issue which we came to know as mentioned. So you guys knows what to look for and what issues need to be resolve.

RCMRC merely.....verified they are legal participants so they can proceed the race with no issues.

So participants please take note. And try to contact Adi for those already make partial payment as the above. Please try to follow up. Fees been increase to USD$ 100.00; for 2 classes will be USD$ 200.00

eehhh?!! this wasnt my initial post. My previous point was that this method of communication isnt effective. the govenrning body should take more responsibility at trying to contact participants via phone rather than over the net which is delaying the resolution of the issue. if the governing body it too busy or cant afford to make international call then make the local rep contact the participants.
