2015 Byron Fuels Heartland Challenge - Sept 25-27 - Omaha, NE
The 4th Annual Byron Fuels Heartland Challenge will be at the HobbyTown USA Hobbyplex in Omaha, NE Sept 25-27
Our 15,000 square foot building was designed from the ground up to be a RC racetrack. 16 large garage doors allow for plenty of ventilation while maintaining an outside like feel. At the Plex it's like racing outside with a roof. No more rainouts!
Classes:
Pro 1-8 Nitro Buggy
Pro 1-8 Nitro Truggy
Pro 1-8 Electric Buggy
Open 1-8 Nitro Buggy
Open 1-8 Nitro Truggy
Open 1-8 Electric Buggy
If you have a chassis sponsor (Mugen, Tekno, Kyosho, Team C, Intech, etc...) You must run in the pro class.
Ryan Lutz is scheduled to attend, as well as other Byron fuels drivers and, of course, Bobbi Clausen will be there.

How does a chassis sponsor dictate the level you run at? Just curious?

This is a pretty common rule for nitro races with multiple divisions. The Dirt Nitro Challenge has followed this format for a long time.
The logic is, if you are good enough to be sponsored by the company you get your car from regardless of percentage, you should run the highest class available.
