Unfortunately, I can't make it. I will be on a Caribbean cruise, but hey, somebody got to do it.
Things I had written down for the meeting were:
- Expert class, how and what? Just run full blown MOD?
- F1, run under UF1 format?
- Points, maybe 1 or 2 throwout races?
- During the raceday, could heat results be printed off and maybe hung up somewhere. Its good to see laptimes etc.

Thank you Rick!
Here are the details of UF1.
http://uf1rc.com/rules-and-regulations/
This is how I view UF1:
UF1 has brought F1 to life in many places in the US and, if you ask me, is a really cool format to run F1. The format is unique and really sets the class apart from anything else. I would like to propose running the philosophy behind format, however we could deviate in the details for sure.
The idea is running 1 short qualifier (3minute session for instance) were cars are positioned by fastest lap/or 3 laps. Kind of like real F1.
According to the posted rules races then involve running 15 minute mains, however we could for instance do 10 minute mains. During the mains one has to make 1 or 2 pitstops during the race. Pitstops would add a little bit of strategy to the race, and could add some extra excitement.
Besides individual driver standings, people could also compete on a constructors level. To compete for the constructors title, 2 people need to form a team and run identical bodies. The points accumulated by both drivers are added together and determine who wins the constructor championship.
Bill and I are already contemplating on bringing team Lotus to Topeka

Looks like there's a BIG interest in On-Road this year. Saweeet! Especially in F1.
I like the UF1 format. We may deviate a few small rules if needed. Instead of 3 min Qs and a 15 min. Main, I'm down for 5 min Qs and a 10 min. Main with 1 pit. Just an idea.
What say you?
Anything else on anyones mind?

I think you misunderstood the race format (or I did). I think in UF1 you run a really short qualifier, and then 2 or 3 mains! Each main counts. In Omaha they actually add all the laps of each main to determine the winner. I'm not sure if I like that idea tho.

Triple mains are awsome

All good ideas. Except, I think we should deviate a few rules like letting the F103s and/or 200mm Chassis comparible race.
We should also follow the rules that that F1s should have internal suspensions only which F103s have as well.
Rubber tires only. 21.5 or Tamiya stock silver can.
What about spec rubber tire? Tamiya only or?
We can figure out race format at the vote. 3mins. or 3 mains kinda stuff.
I still need to check out more about the F113 chassis. Anybody have anything on these yet?

Since F103s come with foams, and I've never seen a rubber tire made for that wheel, I'm gonna ask a question. Did I miss something on Tamiya's website? Please send me a link to the rubber F1 tires!
