Default Spring Trophy Race at MMRCC

Hey guys!

It's that time again!! May 31st is our traditional "Spring Classic" Trophy race!

The awards are being co-sponsored by Mid-Mo Hobbyshop and we've got Mike Garrison hookin' up the plaques again. So you KNOW they will be awesome!

We are gonna split the sportsman and expert 1/8th Scale buggy classes this time also.

So the classes will be as follows...

8th Scale Expert Buggy
8th Scale Sportsman Buggy
Unlimited Arena Truck (Truggy)
Monster Truck
10th Scale Electric CORR Truck (We are trying to come up with a better name.. Any Ideas!?)
10th Scale Open - This is ANY 10th scale vehicle guys... Bring out the the 4WD Buggies... 2WD Trucks and Buggies... Whatever you wanna run!

Entry fees will be $25 for the first class and $10 for the second.

It'll be an awesome event and we hope to see ya'll there!

I'll post some of the plaque artwork when Mike gets it to me.

more info on the website www.mmrcc.com

Thanks for posting that for me Dave....

I'll obviously be racing with my E-8ight 2.0 in the Expert buggy class.

I'll also have my E-Revo in the MT Class.

Considering running the Open 10th scale class with a B44 also since I've been told a few of the STL guys are bringing theirs down.

Anybody else interested!?

I am going to run my 10th scale as well if the crowd is big enough. I could do 10th truck or 4wd but would prefer 4wd. 8th buggy and possible truggy for me too. This is an awesome 10th scale track you guys need to check it out.

We'll be glad to have ya guys!!

I've got the artwork back from 247Designworks.. and the plaques are supposed to be in tomorrow.

I'll post the artwork as soon as I get on the other computer.

Anybody else gonna try to make it!?

Track looks good other than a few ruts from the recent rain... Nothing too major and we're gonna try to fix them if we can.. but if not It'll just be a little rougher in places than normal. It's Off-Road... Not supposed to be glass smooth anyway right!?

If you guys have any questions you can call me at (Five Seven Three) 378-3188. If I don't answer leave me a message and I'll get back with ya.

I'll be happy to answer any questions you've got!

-David
